SPECHALE

SPEcialists in Cultural Heritage
and Attractive Living Environment

The project SPECHALE aims at creating an innovative adult education path in the field of transmission of cultural and natural heritage in order to foster the profile of Cultural Heritage and attractive living environment Specialist.

It also aims at achieving the development of adult learners through innovative tools and methods, improving the offer of high quality learning opportunities and enhancing the non-formal learning and career guidance.

Its specific objectives are to provide individuals with all the competences and skills needed to deliver high quality services; to develop innovative training tools addressed to adult learners from the cultural/tourism sector; to build concrete skills for specialists in order to reach Europe 2020’s goals.

Intellectual Output 1 

RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS

Research will be addressed by the participant bodies upon the analysis of the adult education non-formal and informal activities related to cultural and tourism field in countries involved in the project in order to define the learning path.

Intellectual Output 2 

CREATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LEARNING PATH 

Learning/teaching/training activities will be set up and divided as follow:

  • Creation of the training path and its modules
  • Preparation of the material in all languages and of the e-learning contents
  • Virtual Training 
  • Laboratories/Training on the spot at local level
  • Short transnational mobility in Latvia for adults and Short-term joint staff Blended transnational mobility to Croatia for adults

VALIDATION OF THE LEARNING PATH

Validation of the learning path, contents and tools upon course experiment.

Dissemination and Multiplier Events which will be held in Portugal, Italy and France.
